Watering can CORALLO
It started with a wish to turn an everyday object into something you will enjoy having in sight, even when you are not watering the plants. I wanted to create a watering can that does not stay hidden under the sink, but works in the interior as a standalone sculpture.
The shape is based on geometry and bold edges that create a beautiful play of shadows in sharp light. I made the whole object by hand using laminating technology. Thanks to that, the watering can is sturdy and has a specific surface structure that gives the radiant coral colour a lovely detail.
